In 2012, he partnered with a local company in Dubai called QualityRole Dubai to offer business strategies for Ghanaian Professionals in Dubai. Later the same year, he started his own company called QualityRole Ghana; a consulting firm, focusing on business restructuring, business financing, and strategies.

Leslie decided to curate TEDx event in his community, Labone in 2014. He was overwhelmed when the event went viral in a blink of an eye. That was certainly one of his greatest achievements especially during the budding stage of his career. Following that was a scholarship for 2014 TEDGlobal Conference. That period, according to him, was his career breakthrough.
Rising Africa today present a cog in youth strategic entrepreneurial and developmental growth, Emmanuel Leslie Addae. He is one of Ghana’s young successful entrepreneurs and the Founder of TEDxAccra and AfricaDialogues.
As an excellent leader, Leslie has always been passionate about entrepreneurship, development, capacity building, social change, digital innovations and creative ideas which induces lasting solutions. It was no surprise when in November 2017, he was named the Social Entrepreneur for the year in Ghana.
This idealistic leader and entrepreneur strongly believe in the ‘African Spirit’ of change especially with regards to the potentials of youths to drive socio-economic growth across the continent. In his words, “I believe in Africa, and I know African problems can be solved by Africans”. Through this article of faith, he established a foundation known as, People Initiative Foundation on his 30th birthday to help Africans achieve their dreams, through entrepreneurial mentorship programs, and practical workshops for Africans with keen interest in creating long term innovative solutions which will cause positive societal transformation. The Foundation is dedicated to creating programs that promote cultural diversity while nurturing and mentoring the vision, talents and ideas of young people who are positively changing Africa.
In April 2016, he started a Pan-African social enterprise called Africa Internship Academy with the main focus of grooming Africa’s next generational young change agents to actualizing their dreams and ambitions.
Emmanuel Leslie Addae is one of Africa’s contemporary young agent of transformation. His humanitarian and incredible contribution to Ghana’s youth development is worth commending.
